**Job Title**: Research Coordinator - Funding and Donor Research

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Funding Research**:

- Conduct in-depth research to identify a diverse range of funding opportunities for NGOs across various sectors and geographies.
- **Database Management**:

- Develop and maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of funding sources, ensuring information remains relevant and accessible.
- **Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze funding trends and donor priorities, delivering actionable insights to support organizational decision-making and strategy formulation.
- **Resource Development**:

- Prepare high-quality resource materials, including reports, guides, and articles, to assist NGOs in identifying and securing funding.
- **Collaboration**:

- Partner with content and outreach teams to ensure the timely dissemination of funding information through newsletters, websites, and other communication channels.
- **Sector Awareness**:

- Monitor developments in the NGO sector, donor policies, and international funding trends to enhance the relevance and quality of research.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proven research and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of the NGO sector, including fundraising strategies and donor ecosystems.
- Proficiency in utilizing online databases, search engines, and research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

**Position Details**:

- **Duration**: One-year trainee position, with potential for extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance.
- **Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent, suitable for Freshers.
- **Compensation**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month.
- **Work Schedule**:

- Day shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability as required.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Up to 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred but not mandatory).

**Work Environment**:
This is an on-site position that provides a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within the NGO and international development sector.
