**Responsibilities**:

- Approach students appearing for NEET and provide them information about the college.
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to help students understand their educational options and make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and admissions data.
- Coordinate with academic departments to schedule interviews, tests, and other admission-related activities.
- Participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs and open houses, to promote the institution and attract prospective students.
- Provide support to students throughout the enrollment process, including orientation and registration.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in higher education and admissions policies.
- Provide a college tour and information about the college.
- Maintain up to date student data in MS office.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
- Previous experience working in admissions or counselling, preferably in medical institutes, schools, or colleges.
- Familiarity with the admission process and requirements of educational institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of student information systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,467.13 - ₹35,000.00 per month
