**Job title: Admin Assistant - Mumbai**

**Responsibilities**:
2. Coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring that office equipment is in good working order.

3. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, including spreadsheets, databases, and other documents.

4. Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports, and support the coordination of events and meetings.

5. Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.

6. Provide administrative support to other departments, as needed.

7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Mumbai office manager.

Targets:
1. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations, as measured by office metrics and data.

2. Increase customer satisfaction, as measured by customer feedback and surveys.

3. Continuously improve administrative processes and procedures to meet changing business needs and achieve overall office goals and objectives for our Mumbai office.

4. Ensure that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently, and that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

**Requirements**:
**Skills**:1. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.

3. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately maintain records and reports.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively resolve administrative challenges.

7. High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

**Experience**:
1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.

2. Proven experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

3. Experience in providing administrative support to a team or department.
