Job Summary: As a Sales Executive at Prominent Realty, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients at site locations, presenting our luxury real estate projects, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work towards and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with walk-in clients and provide them with details about available projects.
- Present and demonstrate property options and offer advice to clients based on their needs.
- Achieve the monthly sales target of 1 deal.
- Follow up with clients and convert prospects into sales.
- Attend meetings and site visits as part of the sales process.
- Maintain records of all client interactions and follow-ups.

Desired Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Gurgaon-NCR is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
