**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential residential and commercial real estate opportunities aligned with Urbanage Landbase's portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop strategic business development plans.
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the company's client base.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and offering tailored solutions from the company's property listings.
**Lead Generation and Conversion**:
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively showcasing Urbanage Landbase's offerings and value proposition.
**Strategic Partnerships**:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial business relationships that drive growth.
**Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
**Market Expansion**:
- Explore new markets and geographical areas for business expansion opportunities.
- Develop market entry strategies and execute plans to penetrate new territories effectively.
**Networking and Representation**
- Represent Urbanage Landbase at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Build a strong professional network within the real estate industry to leverage business development opportunities.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree 1-3 years in sales industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
- CRM experience is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
