**Inside Sales Executive (B2B) (Females)**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Generation**
- Proactively generate leads through outbound and inbound calls
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine target profiles and strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Track and report lead generation performance to management.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and key decision-makers.
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases to gather insights.
- Build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date prospect database.
- Identify and convert qualified leads into sales meetings.
**Scheduling Meetings**
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and Business Development or Sales Managers. - Send timely follow-ups and meeting reminders to both internal stakeholders and clients. - Maintain detailed records of meeting schedules, outcomes, and follow-ups.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
