**Job Description - Computer Hardware and Network Engineer**
- This include maintenance of computer hardware, networks, software, and other related systems. Performing disaster recovery operations, protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks. Also to be working closely with the users of our network in order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems
- Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
- Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems
- Knowledge of Network security
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN
- Desktop Support-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc.
- Service Desk Support, Configuration, troubleshooting.
- Good in communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, technical support, Vendor co
- ordination
- Drivers Installation & configuration
- Configuration & troubleshooting MS- outlook, outlook express and exchange mail.
- Installation-Window-7 & Window-8, Window-10
- Troubleshooting (MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, Office365)
- Installation &troubleshooting of operating system
- Remote Support-Desktop and Remote Assistance
- Asset Management, Active directory management,
- Should have experience in Desktop Support or Computer hardware & Networking
- Co-ordinate with vendors for support
- Troubleshoot problems Desktop & Laptop and OS Configuring of Driver & Devices.
- Resolve Printer installation and sharing related issues (Network /Local Printer)

Location : Dombivli & Powai

**Salary**: ₹11,499.08 - ₹27,579.45 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dombivli, Thane - 421204, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
