**Requirement**
- 1-2+ years of experience in customer-facing IT Support
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related engineering degree
- Fluent English
- Ticket Logging Tool knowledge
- Basic laptop configurations and repair
- Vendor Coordination for logging tickets with OEM and follow up the ticket for closure
- Alert monitoring, Follow-up and closure of the call and enable in the investigation analysis
- ITIL knowledge
- Good Knowledge in O365 and M365 apps
- Understanding of Drivers/Patches/Tools download from OEM web site
- Basic Networking and Anti-Virus Support at client side
- Desktop hardware troubleshooting & part replacement
- Printer/Scanner, HUB/Switch Installation

**Experience**:

- IT Support: 1 year (required)
