We are looking for person to handle key Business Development role based out of the Gurgaon Corporate Office to handle Marketing and Sales of Citiart’s ‘Retail Fit-Out and Corporate Interior Vertical’ in top Corporates in NCR (and/or other markets) to the Marketing Head / Retail Lead / relevant Functional Lead. This would include ongoing identification of potential clients though consistent and ongoing market research one-on-one meetings with people identified and reached out to and subsequent, requisite follow up for closure.

**Responsibilities**
- Sourcing prospects
- Creating of database and regular updation
- Sifting through enough names/ database to come up with a list which is big and exhaustive
- Writing to them about Citiart’s Retail Fit-Out and Corporate Interior Vertical and fixing in person meetings
- Extremely tight and persistent follow up for closures of the meetings
- Preparing customised presentation decks for pitching to the prospective clients
- Conducting the first level meetings, tracking progress till a query from the client is generated (quote is asked for), handling over the Hot Lead to the Technical Team Member who will then take this on
- Upselling other services offered by Citiart from time to time
- Set up appointments for senior colleagues with potential and existing clients as required

**KPIs**
- Confirmation of a minimum number of meetings with prospective clients each week
- In turn this will require the identification of a required set of corporations who may be suitable for Citiart’s business
- The successful conversion of a prospect into a Hot Lead who will request for a quote (Tendering Stage) will be a clear deliverable.

**Requirements and Skills**
- English Language proficiency
- written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and smart formal outlook
- Ability to build a rapport
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in similar role

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
