We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and play a vital role in connecting with clients and driving business growth. As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with our marketing team and directly engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential leads who have shown interest in our projects.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about our projects, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- Answer any queries or concerns the leads may have regarding the projects.
- Persuade interested leads to schedule site visits to our project locations.
- Showcase the value proposition of visiting our sites and experiencing our offerings firsthand.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads.
- Provide regular updates on lead conversion and site visit scheduling.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.

**Working Schedule**:
The job will require weekend availability, with Wednesdays designated as the day off. Work hours are from 11:10 AM to 6:30 PM.

**Salary**:15000/- + Incentive

**Location**:Hiranandani, Thane

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
