We are currently hiring for an **Pharmaceutical Recruiter** for our esteemed organization based in Mumbai(Powai)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Developing a thorough understanding of job roles and clients by researching via online and offline sources.

5. **Mass mailing and job postings for all the job roles**

**Requirements**:
1. **0-2** years of experience in recruitment

2. **IT/Non IT recruitment experience**

3. Qualification - **B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Msc (Biology/Chemistry) or a similar degree**.

4. **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills**

5. Effective **negotiation skills**

6. ATS (applicant tracking system) experience preferred

7. **LinkedIn knowledge and experience preferred**

8. Strong decision making skills

9. Needs to be proactive and performance driven
