**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
- Arrange test drives and follow up with potential buyers
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of available vehicle models, financing options, and ongoing promotions
- Prepare quotations, process paperwork, and assist with vehicle registration and delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trend
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the automobile or retail industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Passion for automobiles and strong product knowledge
- Customer-first attitude with a focus on building relationships
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative support in a sales environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
