- Position Purpose
- Serve all customers professionally, courteously and responsively, focusing on their needs while providing high value service
- Preferred Functional Knowledge
- Should have worked in online marketing or service solutions based company-
- Previous experience in a customer support role- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Key Responsibilities- Generate case based on CRM update on paid - unpaid, used - unused customer details and closure of the cases- Periodically verify and update customer contactEngage customer through followup, regular basis to collect product usage feedback, client responsiveness, and thorough
- communication.
- Build strong relationships with customers by regular follow ups and check-up calls- Ensuring that client queries are resolved either directly or by liaising with internal teams (implementation, support or
- billing )
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests- Develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and
- reducing churn.
- Ensures all customers are successfully using the product or service theyʼve purchased from the company.
- Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible
- upgrades.
- Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and
- addressing these with the product / support team.
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Customer service experience and customer centric attitude.
- Ability and willingness to take full ownership of client relationship to answer questions and resolve issues.
- To maintain extensive interaction with various members of cross functional teams to ensure focus and delivery of services
- and solution.
- Required Competencies:
- Clear communicator with professional presence.
- Problem solving skill- Strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments- Time management- Eagerness to learn- Should have right manner/attitude to work in corporate dynamics- Team player- Adaptability- Takes high degree of owner ship over their work.
