We provide a streamlined approach to manage business expenses with ease.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Success Executive. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing customer support, and managing customer accounts. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, analyzing customer needs, and implementing solutions to improve customer experience.Experience: 1–3 yearsLocation: (Bengaluru / On-site)CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹3.8 LPA (depending on experience and skills)Qualifications- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention- Customer Support and Account Management skills- Strong Analytical Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively- Experience in the financial or technology sectors is a plus- Coordinate with internal tech and product teams for user issue resolution.Required SkillsStrong communication skills in English and HindiBasic understanding of UPI, online payments, and bookkeepingAbility to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in customer service or fintech support preferred.Interested?If you’re really excited about this opportunity, share your resume and the best projects you’ve worked on at
