Dispatch Executive - **MALE CANDIDATE**

Expected skill set includes - E-Invoicing, ERP, FIFO, 5S, Data Entry Skills
- Preparation of Dispatch Documentation - Invoice, LR, Memo, E-waybill, Gate Pass etc.
- **Knowledge of Bajaj Auto Portal**:

- **SAP SD Module knowledge is advantageous.**:

- Supervise loading of goods in vehicles as per requirements.
- Vehicle planning and allocation for dispatch of goods to customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods, and supply right goods to right place at right time.
- Arrange delivery vehicles as per route optimization and plan to execute tasks optimally.
- Monitoring dispatch completion and schedule compliance.
- Be responsive on phone calls with customers.
- Update dispatch details in MIS as per daily dispatch completion.

**Requirements**:

- Good Computer Skills
- Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP software
- SAP SD Module knowledge is an advantage.
- MS Excel - Pivot, Vlookup, Sheets, Tables Etc. MIS Generation
- Ability to accurately load vehicles and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
