**Job Summary**:
The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers. The role ensures proper packaging, documentation, loading, and transportation as per company and customer requirements while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule dispatches based on production output and customer delivery schedules.
- Supervise loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling and packaging.
- Verify dispatch documents such as **invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, packing list, and gate pass**.
- Coordinate with the **production, quality, and stores departments** for smooth dispatch operations.
- Ensure dispatches are done as per **FIFO (First In, First Out)** and **customer specifications**.
- Maintain daily dispatch logs, stock-out records, and transporter details.
- Monitor **transport arrangements**, negotiate freight rates, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Track shipments and update customers or the sales team on dispatch status.
- Ensure **proper storage and segregation of finished goods** before dispatch.
- Handle **inventory reconciliation** and support in monthly/annual stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with **safety, security, and documentation standards**.
- Lead and train helpers, loaders, and store staff involved in dispatch.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of **dispatch and logistics operations** in a manufacturing setup.
- Knowledge of **inventory management systems** and **ERP/Tally software**.
- Familiarity with **transport documentation** and **GST/e-way bill procedures**.
- Excellent **coordination, planning, and organizational skills**.
- Ability to handle **multiple dispatches and tight timelines**.
- Strong **leadership and team supervision** capabilities.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum **Graduate / Diploma** in any discipline.
- Preferred background in **Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations**.

**Experience Required**:

- **3 to 5 years** of experience in **dispatch or logistics supervision** in a **manufacturing / engineering / plastic moulding industry**.
- Experience in **transport coordination and warehouse management** preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
