Key Responsibilities:

- ISO 27001 Implementation: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of ISO 27001 ISMS, including gap analysis, risk assessment, and the development of policies and procedures.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards and other relevant regulatory requirements. Monitor and report on the status of the ISMS.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and manage the risk treatment plan. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate information security risks.
- Policy Development: Develop, review, and update information security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with ISO 27001 requirements.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to increase awareness and understanding of information security policies and procedures among employees.
- Audit and Certification: Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure ISO 27001 certification is achieved and maintained. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to continually improve the ISMS and overall information security posture of the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and external auditors, to ensure effective communication and alignment on information security matters.
- Incident Management: Assist in the development and management of the incident response plan. Participate in the investigation and resolution of information security incidents.

RequirementsQualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Certification: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certification is required. Additional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security, IT compliance, or a related field, with a focus on ISO 27001 implementation and management.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 standards, information security principles, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Skills:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing information security policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
