Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Office Management:

- Manage and maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Administrative Support:

- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
Communication:

- Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners.\
Documentation and Filing:

- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and documents.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
Vendor Management:

- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
- Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing for office supplies and services.\
Compliance and Regulations:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with regulatory and compliance-related tasks.
