**Key responsibilities**:

- **Calendar management**: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- **Document preparation**: Creating and distributing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- **Office administration**: Maintaining office supplies, managing facility upkeep, and coordinating with vendors.
- **Travel Management**: Managing business travel, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals
- **Onboarding support**: Assisting with new employee onboarding procedures.
- **Record keeping**: Maintaining accurate and organized files, both digital and physical.
- **Event coordination**: Planning and executing company events and meetings.
- **Team support**: Providing administrative support to different departments and teams.

**Required skills**:

- **Excellent communication skills**: Both written and verbal, including ability to interact with various stakeholders
- **Strong organizational skills**: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload
- **Attention to detail**: Ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks
- **Proficiency in MS Office Suite**: Expertise in programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- **Interpersonal skills**: Building positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- **Problem-solving skills**: Identifying and resolving administrative issues
- **Multitasking ability**: Effectively juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
