We're seeking an Administrative Executive for one of our prestigious clients, a 3D printing services startup poised for remarkable growth, offering excellent opportunities for career advancement and financial prosperity. The role is based at their office in Andheri East.
**Job Description**:
1. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
2. Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
3. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

5. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
6. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
8. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
9. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
10. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
11. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,042.10 per month
