We are looking for a **Sales Executive** to join our **Bengal Sales Team**. This role requires strong communication skills in **Bengali and Hindi** to handle dealer calls, discuss sales recovery, and create sales plans. If you are passionate about agriculture, sales, and client management, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with dealers over phone calls to discuss sales recovery, sales plans, and targets.
- Assist in building and implementing sales strategies to improve sales performance in the Bengal region.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and market trends to the team.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure the timely resolution of customer and dealer issues.
- Ensure effective sales planning, tracking, and follow-up to meet revenue targets.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Proficiency in **Bengali** and **Hindi** (must be fluent in both languages).
- Experience in **sales**, preferably in the agricultural or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently handle sales operations.
- Previous experience in field sales or dealer management is a plus.
