The role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Required Skills and Qualifications**:Education: Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate.** Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. **Customer-Focused: Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.** Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities. **Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related tools.** Industry Experience: Prior experience in the same. **Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in additional languages may be advantageous when dealing with diverse clients.** Office-based work Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.Client Support: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues they may have.Account Management: Monitor client accounts, assess their needs, and offer appropriate products or services to enhance their experience and meet their objectives.Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain clients, including regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and resolving any concerns promptly.Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services or products that would benefit the client, contributing to revenue growth.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client complaints or service disruptions in a timely and professional manner to maintain client trust.Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and ensure client expectations are consistently met.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
