Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse client requirement and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Conduct regular meetings to discuss goals and performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services and products.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly to maintain positive relationship. Facilitate communication between clients and internal team.
- Stay updated on company products and services to effectively advise client and provide relevant solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions. prepare reports on client performance and relationship outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide relevant insight to clients and enhance service offerings.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand professional connections and promote company offerings.
- Work closely with various government departments such as Environment, Pollution Control Board, District Mines office and compliance to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
- _**Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.**_
- _**Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for this role.**_

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
