**Client Relationship officer (Inside Sales)**

**About the job**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with prospective students and company stakeholders.
- Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services, managing complaints accordingly and in a timely manner, escalating where needed.
- Ensure customer data is recorded accurately and in a timely fashion into all appropriate systems.
- Support the development of the student journey by identifying and reporting back on issues and trends.
- Cross selling our products.
- Inbound outbound sales.

**Reporting**:

- You are going to report under Team Lead/ Asst. Manager/Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in B2C sales or zeal to learn would be first preference.
- Confident articulate and professional speaking abilities.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to adapt and grow in the customer service role.

**Training and Development**:
Fresher Customer Relationship Officers may undergo a training period to learn about the company's products, services, and customer service procedures. Regular feedback and guidance will be provided to help them excel in their roles.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
