Sales Officer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan for assigned territories.
- Identify and target potential clients within industrial zones and manufacturing clusters.
- Conduct regular field visits to factories, workshops, and industrial units to understand client requirements and present product detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, production team, maintenance teams, and decision-makers.
- Promote and sell the company’s range of industrial products.
- Provide detail to sales head and sales coordinator about quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals after sales.
- Provide after-sales support and address client concerns promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, visits, and sales reports.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **B2B industrial product sales** (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the **local industrial area** and its key players.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently for **on-site client visits**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Graduate in any stream or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Existing client base or network within industrial sectors.
- Local language fluency along with English.
**Compensation**:
