**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated Operations and Sales Officer to support our business development and operational activities within the government sector. This role involves identifying opportunities, managing tenders, ensuring compliance, and building relationships to secure manpower service contracts with government agencies.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

**1. Business Development**

Assist in identifying opportunities for manpower service contracts with government departments.

Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.

**2. Tender Management**

Monitor platforms like GEM, NIC, and other government portals for relevant tenders.

Help prepare bids that meet technical and financial specifications.

Coordinate pre-bid meetings and address queries.

**3. Client Relationship Management**

Support relationship-building efforts with government departments and officials.

Understand client requirements and ensure seamless communication and updates.

**4. Compliance Specialist**

Ensure adherence to government norms, regulations, and tender requirements.

Assist in preparing and submitting statutory documents and financial instruments like PBGs and EMDs.

**5. Sales Support**

Assist in crafting effective sales pitches to government bodies, highlighting compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Contribute to achieving sales targets by securing contracts and identifying new business opportunities.

**6. Market Analysis**

Stay informed about government trends, policies, and upcoming projects.

Support in leveraging market insights to position the organization for success.

**Qualifications & Skills**

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience:7-8 years of experience in operations and sales, in manpower outsourcing or government procurement. Strong familiarity with government tendering processes and contract management is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
