As a Telecaller, you are responsible to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers, resolving customer queries.

**_Responsibilities : -_**
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company
- Resolving queries related to the products and services
- Acting as a liaison b/w the client and customers

**_Requirements : -_**
- **_High School Diploma or more_**:

- _**Must be fluent in Bengali **_
- **_Work experience as a Tele caller _**:

- **_Great interpersonal Skills_**:

- **_Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required_**:

- **_Exceptional attention to detail_**:

- **_Ability to tolerate stress and pressure_**

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Industrial Area, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bengali (preferred)
- English (preferred)
