1. To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.

2.To collect Tender information and reference from various sources such as online search engines, State Govt., Central Govt. Indian Railways and Gems Portal, industry and market intelligence data etc.

3. To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date.

4. Tracking of all tender results and comparative analysis of all live tender reports shared with HOD/Management

5. Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders. Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order.

6. Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations. Able to manage proactive communication with clients and interface with other disciplines.

7. Good command over the English language & Communication.

8. Practical knowledge of excel & its various functions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
