**What you'll do**

You will be doing
- Develop and maintain test automation strategies in SAP's intelligent enterprise transformations context.
- Utilize Tricentis product(s) expertise to solve test automation complexities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-specific test automation strategies.
- Collaborate with global and senior stakeholders on strategic adoption programs.
- Act as the product expert in customer engagements, focusing on improving testing efficiency through automation and enhancing our SAP test automation capabilities.

**What you bring**

What you bring?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
- 4 years of IT experience in SAP Test Automation using Tricentis Products.
- Extensive hands-on expertise in Tricentis suite, especially Tosca enterprise end-to-end automation and proficiency in change analysis intelligence (LiveCompare).
- Expert in strategizing test automation for multiple customers, including greenfield and brownfield S4HANA implementation projects.
- Sound knowledge in test management, preparation, execution, reporting, and defect life cycle using tools like SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and others.
- Ability to ideate, design, and innovate use cases to improve our SAP test automation capabilities using Gen-AI, Machine Learning, CI/CD pipeline, and other technologies.
- Proficiency in any one programming language (Java or Python).
- Preferred to have knowledge in data integrity, load, and performance testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong program or project management experience demonstrating successful leadership in test automation initiatives.
- Certification in Tricentis products is preferred.
