Start your automation journey here; https://www.fireflink.com/ Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead with a strong background in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with automation frameworks, test design, and execution, while also capable of leading small to mid-sized testing teams and coordinating closely with global customers to ensure high-quality project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities - - Lead the planning, design, and execution of automation strategies across multiple customer projects. - - Collaborate with global customers and internal teams to understand requirements, define test objectives, and deliver quality outcomes. - - Review test cases, ensure adequate coverage, and drive defect prevention through proactive quality measures. - - Mentor junior testers and support knowledge sharing within the team. - - Participate in project estimation, status reporting, and risk identification activities. - - Contribute to the setup and enhancement of test automation processes and best practices. - - Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with the Automation CoE (ACOE) where applicable. Required Skills & Experience - - 67 years of total testing experience, with at least 3+ years in automation leadership roles. - - Hands-on experience with Java/Python Selenium (framework design, execution, maintenance). - - Strong expertise in manual testing, including test case design, coverage analysis, and execution. - - Exposure to API automation and CI/CD integrations. - - Proven experience in managing small to medium test teams and ensuring timely, quality deliverables. - - Experience working with global customers in a client-facing or delivery coordination role. - - Background in services or consulting environments preferred.
