- ** Handling Calls**:Efficiently manage incoming calls from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders. Provide information about the institute’s courses, faculty, facilities, and registration procedures.
- ** Lead Generation**:Proactively make outbound calls to potential students who have shown interest in the institute’s programs through inquiries, online forms, or other channels. Follow up on leads to convert them into enrollments.
- ** Appointment Scheduling**:Schedule appointments for prospective students to visit the institute for counseling sessions, demos, or enrollment procedures. Coordinate with the concerned staff to ensure availability and smooth conduct of appointments.
- ** Front Desk Operations**:Greet visitors and walk-ins warmly, providing them with information about the institute and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- ** Enrollment Assistance**:Assist students and parents with the enrollment process, including filling out forms, collecting necessary documents, and processing payments. Address any queries or concerns they may have regarding course selection, fees, or schedules.
- ** Database Management**:Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, appointments, enrollments, and payments using the institute’s CRM software or database. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- ** Follow-up and Feedback**:Regularly follow up with enrolled students to gather feedback on their learning experience and address any issues or concerns they may have. Use feedback to improve service quality and student satisfaction.
- ** Sales Reporting**:Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, enrollment trends, and revenue generation. Provide insights and recommendations to management for optimizing sales strategies and achieving targets.
- ** Administrative Support**:Provide administrative support to the institute’s management team as needed, including assisting with event planning, inventory management, and other operational tasks.
- ** Continuous Learning**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in music education. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
