In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless HR operations, including payroll management, labour law compliance, statutory audits, and driving HR process automation. This role is critical in supporting the HR function to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless employee experience.- What you offer
- 4-9 years' experience in HR operations, payroll, or compliance, with knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Advanced MS Excel skills, strong communication, and ability to multitask under deadlines
- Good attention-to-detail and high level of accuracy in payroll, compliance, and audit processes
- Amenable to a fixed-term contract for 12 months
