**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Validation**:
- Review and validate payroll inputs, including overtime, benefits, and tax withholdings
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before payroll processing.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Conduct regular audits of payroll records to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, and tax regulations.
**Issue Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in payroll processing.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to address and rectify payroll-related issues.
- Data Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information and verify the same during payroll process.
- Update records for new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes.
**Communication**:
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Work closely with the finance and HR teams to address any payroll-related concerns.
**Reporting**:
- Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare regular reports for management on payroll metrics and compliance.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
