**Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in processing payroll for employees accurately and on time, including data entry, verifying hours worked, and calculating deductions.

Collaborate with HR to ensure employee data is accurately maintained in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in employment status.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters, including salary, taxes, and deductions, in a timely and professional manner.

Managing the full and final settlement for resigned employees Payroll.

Assist in reconciling payroll transactions and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Timely recording and processing reimbursements as per deadlines are given.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information and adhere to data security protocols at all times.

Responsible for Leave Issues, Incentives, Increments, Promotions, Medical, Employee Expenses, etc.

**Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.

6 months -1 year of experience in payroll processing or related field preferred.

Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.

Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
