Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify potential dealers, distributors, and end customers to expand the sales network.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Address client inquiries and provide technical/product support as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Provide insights and suggestions for product and service enhancements.
- Generate leads through various channels, including trade shows, cold calling, and networking.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0 - 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in gate automation, hardware, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of gate motors and automation systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
