Job responsibilities:
Ø To build excellent relationship with customers, co-ordinate for pre and after sales service support to foster long term business relationship.

Ø Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly

Ø Being aggressive, timely closure of orders, resolution of issues appropriately on time, be creative in generating new enquiries, act as a consultant with customer for innovative solutions.

Ø Bring about Innovative selling techniques with customers

Ø Regular update of visit report, opportunity list and Account list, in the CRM

Ø Sales planning based on the set of customers handled on every year starting

Ø Responsible for Payment Collection support to accounts team

Ø Monthly update the projections, Top 20 customers & performance sheet.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
