**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Gym Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fitness-oriented setting and has excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet members and visitors warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check-in members, validate membership status, and process guest passes as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, ensuring that promotional materials are properly displayed.
- Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist with managing gym-related merchandise sales and inventory.
- Address member complaints or issues, escalating them to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with other gym staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment for all members.
- Assist with event planning and execution, such as open houses, member appreciation days, or fitness challenges.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or gym environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and data entry.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.
- A commitment to health and fitness, with a basic understanding of gym operations and equipment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
