**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet and assist members, guests, and prospective clients with a positive and professional attitude.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly.
- Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options.
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Manage check-ins and check-outs for gym members and guests.
- Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain and update member records in the gym management software.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or additional certifications related to fitness or customer service is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Experience in a gym or fitness environment is advantageous.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, gym management software).
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic financial transactions.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
