Customer interaction and sales
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on the lot.
- Assess customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Provide in-depth information on vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.
- Arrange and conduct test drives for interested customers.
- Negotiate final prices and terms for vehicle purchases.
- Discuss and sell appropriate finance and insurance products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and overcome objections.

Sales management and administration
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing.
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage a database of leads.
- Follow up with potential customers after initial contact.
- Liaise with other dealership departments, such as the finance department, to complete sales.

Product knowledge and showroom duties
- Stay up-to-date on new models, features, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including the showroom and vehicle displays.
- Participate in product and sales training sessions.
- Assist in the delivery of vehicles to customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
