**Introduction**:
As a Gym Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for our members and guests. You will be the first point of contact, representing the face of our fitness facility. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Membership Assistance**: Provide information about membership plans, promotions, and facility amenities.
- **Check-In Procedures**: Efficiently handle member check-ins, ensuring accuracy and compliance with membership requirements.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining cleanliness at the reception area.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle member concerns and conflicts diplomatically, escalating issues to the management when necessary.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in selling memberships, personal training sessions, and merchandise.
- **Schedule Management**: Coordinate class schedules, appointments, and facility bookings.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments, manage cash transactions, and reconcile daily financial records.

**Requirements**:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
