**Position Overview**:
As the first point of contact for members and visitors, the Gym Receptionist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment within the fitness facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Member Engagement**: Greet and check in members and guests promptly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- **Scheduling**: Manage appointments for personal training sessions, group classes, and other gym services, coordinating with trainers and instructors as needed.
- **Membership Management**: Process new memberships, renewals, cancellations, and updates, maintaining accurate member records.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in promoting and selling gym memberships, services, and merchandise, providing information on current promotions and offerings.
- **Administrative Duties**: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing payments, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Ensure the reception area and surrounding spaces are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve member concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- **Safety Compliance**: Monitor gym access, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and gym policies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- **Organizational Abilities**: Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with gym management software and point-of-sale systems.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and financial transactions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- **Physical Stamina**: Capability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks as needed.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
