**Profile Introduction**:
As a Gym Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for members and visitors. You play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment in the gym. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities contribute to the smooth operation of the facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet members and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options.
- Manage member check-ins and registrations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
- Handle payments, membership renewals, and any related administrative tasks.
- Assist in resolving member concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive experience for gym members.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Uphold gym policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and terminology is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
