**Introduction**:
As a Gym Receptionist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our members and visitors. You are the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your warm demeanor, organizational skills, and knowledge of fitness facilities contribute to creating a welcoming environment where individuals can achieve their wellness goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about gym services, memberships, and schedules.
- Manage member check-ins and registrations using our electronic system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for personal training sessions, classes, and other gym activities.
- Monitor access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Address member concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of gym supplies and merchandise.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive member experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and terminology is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
