We are seeking a friendly and organized Gym Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued members.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about gym memberships, classes, and services.
- Address member inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle member check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle membership sign ups, and terminations.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage member accounts and update information in the database.
- Process membership payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Schedule appointments for personal training sessions and other services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Monitor the gym entry and exit points.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote gym memberships, classes, and products.
- Assist with gym tours and provide information to prospective members.
- Inform members of upcoming events and promotions.
- **Gym Maintenance and Safety**:

- Ensure the front desk area is clean and presentable.
- Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Enforce gym rules and regulations.
- Handle emergency situations following gym policy.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience with Point of Sale systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
