Join our team as a CRM Product Owner, responsible for driving customer engagement, retention and delivering business value through effective communication strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
- Setup and optimize automated campaigns to improve conversion and retention rates.
- Collaborate with developers to improve internal tools for managing customer data and communication, while helping them work in Agile.
- Develop and implement CRM strategy and plans to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Prioritize tasks independently and with developers to ensure impactful problems are being solved.
- Work with the Product team to develop broader customer retention and engagement strategies.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a Product role (Product owner / Product Manager), with a focus on outcome-driven approach and data-led decisions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and work at a fast pace.
- Experience in product delivery using agile methodologies and working directly with developers.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations and identify opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in marketing/customer relationship domain is highly preferred.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data privacy laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices, including data management, customer segmentation, and campaign management.
- Experience writing for artists and/or creative entrepreneurs and familiarity with e-commerce businesses.
- Experience driving user acquisition / retention / engagement metrics through CRM / triggers / website.
