Job Description: Product Owner

Are you passionate about shaping the future of financial solutions for businesses? We are seeking a skilled Product Manager with 8+ years of experience in the B2B financial domain to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our financial products tailored for business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy, aligning with business goals and market demands.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights for product development.
- Feature Definition: Clearly define and prioritize product features, ensuring they meet the requirements of B2B clients and contribute to the overall success of the product.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones and timelines for product releases.
- User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, enhancing the overall user experience for business customers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment between product development and business objectives.
- Risk Management: Understand and mitigate potential risks associated with product development, compliance, and market changes in the B2B financial landscape.
- Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user engagement.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the B2B financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable language.
- Experience in the implementation of integrations with internal and 3rd party client systems
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
