**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support to the Quality & Standards team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support team coordination
- Format and maintain internal documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital filing systems
- Track deadlines and support the preparation of reports for audits and reviews
- Contribute to internal quality projects, including policy updates and staff workshops
- Ensure adherence to document control and quality standards
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable handling confidential or sensitive information
- Familiarity with policy documentation, quality systems, or compliance procedures
