**Project Planning & Coordination**:

- Developing project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements.
- Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Managing logistics and deliveries to the site.
- Maintaining project schedules and updating them as needed.
- **Communication & Documentation**:

- Communicating project status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitating communication between field crews, vendors, engineers, and clients.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Handling project-related queries from clients, engineers, and team members.
- **Resource & Budget Management**:

- Monitoring project budgets and tracking expenses.
- Raising purchase orders and tracking project expenditure.
- Assisting with procurement of materials and equipment.
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and codes.
- Monitoring the quality of work and resolving any issues or conflicts.
- Assisting with project closeout documentation.
- **Supporting Project Manager**:

- Providing administrative and logístical support to the project manager.
- Assisting with risk management and identifying potential issues.
- Supporting the project manager in various tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Client Relations**:

- Maintaining communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Specific to HVAC**:

- Coordinating with subcontractors and service teams.
- Managing freight costs, timing, and site requirements.
- Handling warranty files, assessments, and negotiations.
- Supporting the startup and service work on-site.
- Reading and interpreting HVAC-specific documents like schematics and plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,276.18 - ₹15,000.00 per month
