As a Client Support Associate at Coconnex, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our global clients, primarily event organisers and their teams. If you are tapped into the thought process of an Event Planner and have a passion for easing their pain through providing amazing service, you will love growing with us

**What We Have for You**:

- Provide client support and technical issue resolution for incoming requests via E-Mail, Phone, Online Ticketing System
- Provide training to clients in the use of system and system updates
- Document and escalate support issues to the technical support or product teams
- Track support communication using a ticketing system to ensure support requests are resolved and marked closed in the required TAT’s as defined in the SLA
- Strive to impress customers with exceptional service and continually search for ways to improve processes and deliver additional value to the customer, thereby driving customer loyalty.
- Create SLA reports

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-3 years’ experience in a SaaS and/ Client support role
- Excellent English business communication skills
- Experience in the events and meetings industry - HUGE PLUS
- Knowledge of using ticketing software
- Fresh graduate with a software background

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Job Location: Pune

**Salary**: ₹260,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
