The Solutions Architect is responsible for the development of solutions for new opportunities, growth of client projects, and regular/timely engagement with respective clients. This role is a support liaison between the sales, operations, technology, and finance teams respectively.

**Roles and Responsibilities***
- Work with Client Engagement team and service managers to develop solutions, Scopes of Work which include elements of the project, deliverables, coordinate pricing, and implementation timelines.
- Maintain templates and consistency of Solutions, Proposals and Scope of Work for all clients.
- Prepare initial response to RFPs or proposals for non-RFP based opportunities
- Maintain ZOHO with signed scope information and other client data.
- Respond to, or delegate to appropriate staff, questions and issues on a wide range of Lender Solutions Group topics.
- Maintain client information and documentation in ZOHO to ensure a smooth “hand-off” of relationship to appropriate team members.
- Administer Project and Client Services Evaluations by gathering client feedback and reporting out to service teams.
- Builds and monitors long range account plans and relationship maps.
- Contributes to annual planning and quarterly updates across portfolio of accounts.
- Provides assistance in due diligence and vendor approval requests. Includes being accountable for timely follow-up with all parties in completing tasks within required timeline.
- Provide research/data on client and help in mapping out Client Growth Plan.
- Maintain SharePoint Groups relative to the Client Solutions Team.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Post-graduate in marketing/sales/operations.
- Knowledge of US mortgage industry
- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
- A go-getter with an exceptional work ethic.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines.
- Critical thinker that has strong analytical skills.
- Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail. Must act independently and be self-driven to prioritize and manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that cultivate strong business relationship quickly.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.
- Strong client-service orientation.
- Sound business acumen; strategic skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Product Suite experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
